| 3/19/2020 Due to the global spread of the COVID-19 virus, our daily business activities have been impacted. Up to this point, we have been able to work full production schedules and source most materials without interruption. Moving forward I expect there will be myriad issues that will make our normal manufacturing operations challenging for an indeterminate, but prayerfully, short time. |
| We intend to continue producing products as long as it is safe, responsible and legal to do so.

| In the event that our facility is required to be closed during otherwise normal business hours, we fully expect to be able to communicate via e-mail. Some issues will arise. Lead times and finish dates could fluctuate. Shipping may be problematic. We will strive to overcome any difficulties. Please contact sales@formedfaces.com for updates and information. I will update this page as the situation or information may dictate.
